RETURN POLICY: Our policy lasts 30 calendar days from the shipping date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (15 to 30% restocking fee may be applicable):

* Products with obvious signs of use,

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, accessories, user manual, screws, for reasons not due to our error. 

 If the product was returned with missing accessories, factory packaging, damaged packaging.

To ensure smooth return and speedy refund, please be sure that all of the original factory packaging that came with your purchase is returned. We can only accept the product(s) back if they are returned EXACTLY as you have received them  (ie. with plastic, stickers, label, etc). & with consumables (CD’s or DVD’s, manual, quick installation guide), accessories (cables, charger, batteries, screw, etc.).
Failure to include all of the standard factory packaging may result in a delay or rejection of your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SuperDealUSA will pay for return freight only if the return is a result of our error (incorrect product shipped, product defect, etc.).


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Warranty is applicable towards components that failed due to manufacturing defects within 1 year from the shipping date.If the item is not repairable you will receive a replacement covered by the same warranty policy issued at the time of initial purchase (no extended warranty is applied).

Warranty offers repair/replacement of defective components within the warranty period but DOES NOT offer a refund, exchange, or upgrade. User errors, accidents, or acts of God are not covered by the warranty. If the item is abused, handled improperly, has burnt circuitry, dropped, stepped on, etc. the damage will NOT be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  Any product misuse will void warranty.

You will be responsible for shipping the item to our facility, and SuperDealUSA will be responsible to ship the repaired product back to you.
